Nothing Beats A Brownie

Some potentially very good Brownie recipes in this article (free registration required) from The Age Epicure section, on the search for the perfect Brownie. I'm thinking I definitely need to make at least two of these recipes, purely for research purposes you know!

    The article made my mouth water. Can't wait for your research. I knew about brownies but not about "blondies". That one I might want to try.

    I cannot stop collecting brownie recipes--I must have a hundred of them. I know I'll never make them all, but it's difficult to give up the search knowing you might stop just before finding the perfect one! :)
